I got 4.3 overnight as well.

As reported earlier, the release notes just say: 2021.4.3 Minor Fixes. This release contains minor bug fixes and improvements.

The 'Hold' icon is showing below the gear icons (as in the 'Chinese' update) - I think it was lower down before?

They're busy working to integrate Dogecoin for FSD subscription payments. There is no point in fixing the other stuff as when that arrives you'll just put your head straight through the screen. That won't matter either as with the free 48 hour FSD trial the car will be able to drive itself to the first roundabout, before you have to get out and crawl the rest of the way to hospital.
