.£505 for Churchill for me with 5 years NCD and £600 total excess... Peugeot was about £100 cheaper with the same level of total excess, or £130 cheaper if I up the excess to about £750 total

Did you email them proof of payment? Think the website says you should. I did, and it reflected within an hour.
Normally within a few hours - have you exceeded your bank's faster payment limit? Worth checking they haven't delayed it whilst they perform security checks.
Not too long once I had decided not to risk only taking one key!!

That seems a good price. My quotes were without my other half added, it will go up quite a bit when I do 'cause he's a speeding pain in the arse with a bad habit of getting caught.
Or, I could just keep him and his bad habits away from my new baby......

Yeah my car is a year old in perfect condition as well so I’m sure it’ll all be pretty smooth (maybe too smooth for my liking) as per some research I’d done

Oh and in insurance I'm hoping to call my current provider (LV) this afternoon to see what their price is to flip to tye M3 ....
Just an update for anyone interested....I also managed to get my registration number by asking on the chat, who sent me a text confirming it.
They have also issued an updated final invoice which shows the registration number in the location where LeSloth suggested.
I sent a test £1 on a weekend that didn't appear until Monday, I then sent the remaining which updated within a few hours.
Have you taken screenshots of the transfers? They sometimes request you to email them with proof of transfer. The email address should be next to their bank details. if I remember correctly.
