Thanks for the tip-off Erol. I’d setup an alert for when they were back in stock but haven’t received an email yet.

After your heads-up I ordered them and they’ve arrived today. Shame the car is with Tesla today to repair stone chips so I can’t install them 😀
I had an alert set up too but no email either! I was impressed with the delivery, came the very next day! Now all I need is the car 😂

New pedal covers fitted to go for that fake Performance look! Went for a pair from China for £9 as they are actual aluminium rather than the plastic ones you find on Amazon that cost 2-3 times as much.

The accelerator cover was an absolute git to get on. The rubber edges are so stiff that you have almost no room to bend it back without popping the other sides off again. And that was after sitting them in hot water for 10 mins beforehand to try and soften them up. Managed it after a good 10 mins of cursing and sore fingers though.

So I've got a M3P on order, in the waiting game, so doing the obvious what should I buy for it. I do enjoy my car detailing so the cleaning things are all sorted, however what else should I be thinking about? So far I have:

Replacement for the usb stick it comes with:
SanDisk microSD reader with this or this

When I was test driving one I could find anywhere to put me sunglasses, so I'm thinking a centre console organiser?

Do people bother with screen protectors?

Wasn't sure what to do about the fact there's no spare tyre etc, but there appears to be loads of other posts on this so I'll work that one out!

Any other suggestions of things people have found useful?

I think all new Tesla's nowadays come with a 128GB branded memory USB stick for the dashcam/sentry. It worked perfectly from collection in mine. SD Card and adapter isn't really necessary now.

Deffo get a screen protector. The matte versions are good for minimising reflections which is a big issue IMO. And there is no noticeable drop in picture quality. The Abstract Ocean one comes with a plastic surround that clips around the screen for easy installation.

Abstract Ocean have loads of good Tesla stuff if you don't mind ordering from America. It doesn't take too long. Amazon carry a lot of it too if you want it a bit quicker. AO I mainly used to upgrade the LED lights in the boot and footwells for brighter ones. You can get different colours too.

Other things off the top of my head:

Sliding storage tray for the centre console.
Boot hook for hanging shopping.
Rubber cup tray for spills and better grip on your drinks.
Jack pads in case you need a garage to change a tyre/wheel.
Vent guards for under the rear seats to stop coins and detritus going down there and rattling.
Dashcam as the Tesla one isn't particularly reliable.
Keyfob/Tesla Ring if you don't like carrying your keycards around.
Lug nut caps.
Tyre inflator in case you get a slow puncture. You need ones that are rated 10A or less IIRC.

I also bought a plastic storage holder for cleaning products and cloths which I keep in the frunk. That was from B&M Bargains.

Theres loads of other ideas if you scroll through the thread.

Forgot I also bought a Brodit phone mount, should partially solve the lack of cluster/HUD and Carplay:

I got a Halo Bolt Air, it combines a power bank and compressor, keeps its charge well when not in use and would allow me to jump-start an ICE vehicle if necessary. Also has a built in light and two USB charge ports.

I think that at a push it might be able to kick the Tesla into life if the 12V battery packed up, but I'm not relying on it for that - for one thing it lives in the frunk.

It wasn't cheap and I hope to never need to use it in anger, but it's not much bigger than a large paperback so easy to carry around.

As someone said in another thread, i’m just going to try really hard not to drop the screen! 🤣
For me it was the thought of someone wiping the screen with a cloth that accidently had some grit and getting a big scratch across the screen which would annoy me for the rest of the car's lifetime. Unlikely, I do admit, but for maybe £20 I'd rather make sure.
