For me, fleet speed has always displayed the reduced speed as set speed. Totally agree with you that it's confusing though.What I would like on one of these updates is some indication when the speed drops or won’t increase because of “fleet speed” interference.
It happens too regularly and is very confusing when you can see on the screen the speed limit and the limit you have set eg both set at 60, and the car speed drops off to 40 or wont accelerate up past 40 for example, and you have to manually override because the road is completely clear.
