with the latest tesla app (4.5.0) and 2022.40+ installed in the car, no need to go out to the car to check the release notes just scroll to the bottom of the app and click release notes

With the new app update, I tap on charge stats and the app blanks the display and I have to close the app and relaunch.

And I really doubt they will tell you what's broken by the update which is what you really need to know.

Yup complete black screen! Mine always worked from day one previously!

Oddly, release notes don't show for me after this update. And I'm on 2022.40.4.1

You'd think that's the first thing QA would have checked. Most have been someone on loan from the QA who inspect the vehicles.

Yes, pausing at 50% for a long time is normal.

You should be able to view release notes on the phone app. Make sure you’re on the latest version.
