UK Amazon Alexa (Echo Dot) + Tesla API using Mosaic.

Has anybody in the UK managed to enable Amazon Alexa (Echo Dot) with the Tesla API using Mosaic

Reading the Mosaic website it looks pretty simple to enable the Alexa Mosaic Skill thus in turn enabling Alexa to "talk" to the Tesla, however in the UK the Alexa skill setting cannot find Mosaic.

Has anybody enabled this or is it only a US feature?
