We have 2 Tesla's in the family, I contacted chat and 5 mins later both were updating. I read on another thread Tesla have stopped the update(alleged bug)~ I don't know if that is true or Tesla were sick of customers contacting them, God forbid Tesla should liaise with its customers.

Nothing to do with Tesla mate. It is European law that prohibits remote operation other than short range bluetooth for tight parking spots. Quite possible I will not see advanced summon in my lifetime!

Not really 'operating' or 'driverless' ...

Autonomous taxis have made their driverless debut in London

Just a trial and with a human in the driving seat at all times.
