I've only just discovered the Premium car levy of £320 p.a has been scrapped. With two cars running until October I am now SORNing these and will apply to Tax these for free after a few days.
Hope everyone else is doing this as I only found out about the end of Premium car levy for EV's when I re 'Taxed ' my Model X - no refund cheques from the DVLA fell through my letter box for the 2 months I've paid unnecessarily .
Apply before the end of the month as they only refund full months though.
