[UK] Tips for buying used Model S?

This site may earn commission on affiliate links.
Hello,

I'm thinking of buying a 2019 100D Model S from a dealer. Anything tips to share of things to watch out for please?

Incidentally I'm a wheelchair user and going to have hand controls fitted.

Thanks!

I don't think anyone on the forum has mentioned any disability adaptations for Teslas (I must admit I rarely look beyond UK/Ireland section so there may be people from other countries). You could become the resident expert around here! I would be fascinated to learn about your experiences once you get a car sorted out.

Lots of info here

As a wheel chair user, public charging may be a problem for space getting between cars, although at Tesla superchargers I imagine most fellow owners would plug and unplug you happily.
I think another nuisance for anyone with impaired mobility is that the plug socket on the car is on the passenger side, obliging passengers notwithstanding.
