Hoax. The richest man in the world is Bill Gates at $87.4 Billion.
If he was a trillionaire, then why on his twitter feed is he trying to borrow 4 billion bitcoins for the effort, and why is he only offering $150 a share as of 2 hours ago, when the stock price is over $160 a share? Why is he also requesting to borrow $4.1 billion from Bill Gates to build a rival Gigafactory?

Same guy. He claims to be a trillionaire as part of his penny stock scam. In fact, he claims that his penny stock scam non-profit is worth $400 trillion.

4 BILLION Dollars ($4,000,000,000), payable by Pen Bancorp through Bitcoin transfer, at Closing;
Since all Bitcoin holdings is public information, you'd think that someone would have notice a single party owning 2/3rd of the entire Bitcoin market cap...
The 111'111 account was a huge deal and that was only $44m. (Ended up being MtGox I think).

It's because they don't want reasonable people to respond. It's a waste of time for them since no reasonable person would buy whatever underlying 'product' the spam is trying to sell.
