Thanks for the detailed and informative video, Islandbayy. My HPWC has gone on the fritz, and this gave me a good idea of what Tesla Service might be able to address when they come out on Friday. I had been having trouble after a few very rare 80A fast charges, where the car would not recognize the cable, and the ring stayed white. Typically resetting the breaker or the HPWC via the red button would solve it.

After a recent 72A charge, same thing happened, but now I cannot reset. Green light goes from center to top when the HPWC is powered up, but the ring stays white, and holding the reset button produces no clicks or flashes. Tesla says the charge head may be faulty (it would get very warm after high amp charges), and this video shows how easy it would be to swap that out. But I wonder about the reset button, and why that would fail to "click".
