Unable to pick up after receiving VIN number.

Ordered MYLR 2-02-22. Have had EDD changed three times since then. The last change put my EDD right smack at the time I take my annual vacation 1200 miles from my Tesla service center. I have spoken to tesla reps three times to try to figure out some meathod of taking possession of my car without my having to be there and have gotten three different answers. I spoke about assigning power of attorney, settling payment before I leave... But can't seem to get a answer I feel comfortable with. Has anyone dealt with this issue or have any advice? I would be devastated if I was 1200 miles away and had three days to make arrangments to pick it up.
