Unable to pick up my model Y

I was unable to pick up my Y on Thursday due to my current vehicle being rear ended 2 weeks ago and I need to resolve that issue and sell it. Tesla can't hold the car but said they would have another Y at the end of the month for me which helps greatly. They seemed to accommodating for my situation. I haven't received any new info and my vehicle is still in my account. Is Tesla really this accommodating?
