Unable to schedule service appointment in app

I approved a $0 cost estimate for a service request to install a passenger occupancy filter module (seemingly made by the car itself), but clicking the blue Schedule button has been producing a "Connection Failed" error for the past several days. Anyone else having issues?

I was having that same issue recently. Make sure cellular data is enabled for the Tesla app on your phone, then try turning off WiFi and see if you can connect. The last time this happened to me it was because the VPN client on my phone was interfering with my WiFi connection.
