Unable to Wake Up M3

Hey Guys and Gals,

Its cold out this morning! I opened the Tesla app to pre-heat my car and it will NOT connect. Tried everything i can think of: closing tesla app, log-out/in of tesla app, reset phone, hard reset of car, ect. Nothing works. Car is on version 39.7 (v9). Never had this issue before. Nothing was out of the ordinary last night.. i did charge the car to 70% and plugged in the USB for the dashcam for the first time.

Anyone have any good ideas how to fix. Would you guys reco i call Tesla and who would I call?

Lots of threads exactly on point. Seems to be an issue / more prevalent today / the past couple of days. Presumably it is a mothership issue ?

me too, my last access was Sun night, I couldn't connect since then. even when I was at home on Wifi (hopefully the car is also connected to Wifi)

Apparently this is connected to a Rogers (LTE provided in Canada) network outage... will give it some time.
