Undercarriage damage from road debris

i apologize if someone posted this before, couldn’t find the post. Today on the fwy I ran over a piece of wood (freeway speed) it scratched the bottom. Is this something I should be concern and get it fix or just cosmetic damage?

Nothing to worry about.
That's EXACTLY what those shields are designed to do - take the hit and incur cosmetic damage instead of vital car parts they protect.
If the damage is server enough to crack or dislodge the aero shields - THEN you need to take action and replace them. Short of that, it's all good!
