Underside panels

Firstly - sorry I know this has been covered elsewhere and I have searched for the thread.

What do you call the plastic panels that run under the door sills? Mine have the clip failure and I know there is a post about that with photos somewhere on this forum. Can anyone point me at that?

Rocker panel trim is bowed out - will not push back into place
