Unintended consequences of naming my car

    I hope the oddity you are referring to is the name and not the 30mile average of 835Wh/mi.

    Ha! Good point. Not being certain of how that figure is computed, I'm uncertain as to why the energy value is so high. I had driven the car perhaps 100 yds at most at the point the picture was captured, so the rest of the miles were pre-delivery. My recollection of the odometer reading at delivery is that it was considerably lower than 30 miles, so I'm guessing the alarming energy number is an artifact of a short (but perhaps pretty aggressive) test drive fed into whatever algorithm they are using. Perhaps a topic for another forum thread: odometer and energy readings at deliver.

    Now my car has level 5 automation and it's flawless.
