A day after Britain’s high-profile vacuum-cleaner maker Dyson announced it would make its first electric cars in Singapore, Swedish startup Uniti said it will open a factory in the U.K. to make its battery-powered city cars. Uniti told a press conference it plans to establish a factory at Silverstone, the racing car circuit, about 50 miles northwest of London.
(Fervent Brexiteer) Dyson said Tuesday the Singapore factory will start producing electric cars in 2021.
