Next issue is the LOCK screen and Device Type.
I have my cell phone, key card and fob setup as Keys. The phone key on the LOCK list displays:
Phone Key /iPhone12 / profile associated with key. This is correct.
But...
For the Key Card and Key Fob the LOCK list displays:
Name given by User / UNKNOWN / profile key is associated with.
Whether the Key Card or Key Fob the type of device is always UNKNOWN. I have unpaired and paired several times as well as hard and soft resets.
Tesla service center does not know why it displays UNKNOWN but they said they reported this problem to headquarters.
I am not talking about UNKNOWN being the User Assigned Name but the actual device type that cannot be changed.
Anybody else have this situation?
