Totally annoyed at the damage n scuffs that I only noticed today about 4 weeks since delivery. Just to be clear this was not me! The cars only got 180miles and has been in the garage awaiting to get the first set of snags done so I can get the car detailed and protected before really using it!
Not even an area I would have thought to check! Already feeling I’m going to be held accountable for this, even when it was something prior to delivery.
I notice those are some kind of bolts which are deformed due to the impact? And couple of nicks on the lower underside of the bumper..Any thoughts how this could have happened? Or advice on how best to play this out with Tesla?
