The original Unplugged Performance P85+ demo car turned heads in its original Dolphin Grey form, and again at SEMA 2014 when it debuted the prototype Front Fascia while sporting a new, bright blue vinyl wrap. When Tesla released the P85D, Unplugged realized that to stay on the cutting edge and to ensure compatibility with all Tesla trim levels and revisions, that they needed to source a P85D for development / test-fitting.

Debuting today at TMC Connect is Unplugged's new "Electric Blue" P85D demo car, featuring the redesigned and re-engineered Front Fascia system. Unplugged Electric Blue is a custom, factory painted color developed by U.P. in collaboration with Tesla as part of Unplugged's new top spec complete car program debuting this weekend at TMC Connect.

The car's spec list includes:
  • Unplugged Performance Front Fascia System, including a redesigned, Dry Carbon Fiber Front Nose Cone
  • Unplugged Performance Dry Carbon Fiber Side Skirts
  • Unplugged Performance Dry Carbon Fiber Rear Under Spoiler and Diffuser System
  • Unplugged Performance Dry Carbon Fiber Trunk Spoiler
  • Unplugged Performance Dry Carbon Fiber Seat Back Set
  • Unplugged Performance x BBS UP01 21" Wheel Set
  • Unplugged Performance Suspension Lowering Links
  • Unplugged Performance Premium Floor Mat Set

We will continue to share photos of the event as they become available to us.

kooks, slick! you also sell the black headlight? or thats DIY?

Thanks for the compliment!

We typically only offer them to our customers that purchase complete Model S vehicles from us, however we might also be able to offer them for sale separately, but the order process is a bit complicated. If you are seriously interested, please contact us and we can discuss further.

Here are a few more photos from this evening.

Almost missed thanking you for your photo contribution!

where do you put the auto pilot sensor?

Do you mean the forward looking radar?

The Auto Pilot sensor is in the same location as OEM (it is actually attached to car, not the bumper cover). The Unplugged Fascia includes cutouts in the bottom grille just as the OEM piece does, and the functionality is unaffected.

Is there any suspension work done, or just links?
I liked the look of the lighting in the Fascia with the reversed direction to the light bars, makes it look more aggressive than the stock angles

The only suspension work currently on the car is the Unplugged suspension lowering links; however, the design of these is considerably different than anything else available on the market.

I agree with you on the flipped fog lamp assemblies; I think the OEM aesthetic is quite "weak," and changing the way that curved LED tube appears really adds a nice accent!
