Unplugged Performance spoiler?

Does anyone have the Unplugged Performance spoiler? After my 4th tesla replacement, I decided to try something different. When I placed the order a few weeks ago, it appeared to be in stock (the Koenigsegg version explicitly said it was out of stock so i thought this one was good to go) but the order has been stuck in processing. I called them and they claimed they had no idea when it would be available. If someone else has it and loves it and thinks it the best thing ever, I'll continue to wait. If it's just OK but nothing special, maybe I'll cancel and get something different.

I also ordered the UP HE Rear spoiler (matte) and was told the wait time is 1-2 month even though it doesn’t show a back order on their website for the matte version (I ordered a couple weeks ago). I really like the look of the UP spoiler and I’m going to wait it out. It’s also supposed to increase efficiency at speeds over 70mph.

My stock spoiler is starting to peel off lol.

That's the same one I ordered. I guess we'll see who gets theirs first :)

I'd like to get this too but their customer/sales support is really slow. I was just trying to find out the wait and it looks like 40 orders in the queue with a 6 month (min) wait for the glossy. Don't really like the other options out there so might have to bite the bullet.

I talked to them today and they said they hadn't received any for a couple of months and then received a shipment this week that all failed Quality checks (flaws with the clear coat) and had to be sent back. They thought it could be at least a 6 month wait so I decided to cancel and look for something else.

Wow this was for the matte version??

We are getting about 10~12 units per month from Japan's handcrafters on these. Slightly less volume for Koenigsegg collaboration ones.
They are finally coming in.
We have been shipping them in order of pre-ordered invoices and such. They are hand-crafted so it will take some time to fulfill orders.
You'll get a notice when it is approaching your turn on allocations, I think.
Please contact me at [email protected] or your representative who took your order for updates, if you are waiting for one.

Hey Moto, 10-12 units per month? How many would you say you have received total since they started arriving?

I've been in this industry 25+ years but in 3rd month at UP, so I don't know the specifics, but it's not a huge number as they aren't exactly cheap, and some won't wait for one, so the backlog isn't unbelievably long or anything. As with anything artisan-made in Japan and Germany, it doesn't come popping out of a mold in a factory so we just have to be patient. Good things come to those who... you know.

Thanks. I ordered 9 months ago, so I was wondering if you have actually been getting them in, how many had arrived that's all.

I'm kinda stuck. I ordered almost the full Ascension lineup from them, they delivered the front bumper and suspension. So trying to complete the look without starting over.

If I could do it all over again, I would have picked another aero program and gone with ohlins coilovers. I came from an e92 m3 with Bilstein damptronic EDC coilovers, that had a better ride.

I would have only used UPP for control arms and sway bars.

Maybe I should do a full thread on my experience. It's been a rollercoaster.
