unspecified error message - Please help

After updating my Tesla android app, I haven't able to login to the mobile app..I get the following error unspecified - host unreachable.

I already did reboot the MX.
Reinstalled the phone app.

If you use VPN on your phone, try connecting with VPN disabled. Also, if no VPN used, try connecting with WiFi on and off to determine if WiFi or mobile data could allow to connect. Other than that, I dont have other suggestions

I'm having the exact same problem, I don't use a VPN. Did you get this fixed? If so, how?
