8) later on the same day you make your first post, drop the price a couple of grand

And if you do make the mistake of posting pictures, make sure they are from the day you took delivery, with the showroom in the background and the Zero Emmissions license plate placeholder, not pictures showing the wear you have accumulated over the past few years.
