We are repeating our popular Weekend Get Away at the Club Med Sandpiper Bay Resort, 10 miles from the Port St Lucie Supercharger Station. It is all-inclusive, all meals and drinks, including alcoholic beverages, taxes and gratuities are included in the price. The resort caters to active families and offers specialized programs for children of all ages.
This event will be from Friday, Sept 30th check in at 3:00 pm with check out Monday, Oct 3rd at 11:00 am.
You will have the option to extend your stay by adding additional days directly before or after this weekend. You can also reduce your stay. One day stays are permitted.
Our group rate will be $119 per adult per night based on double occupancy ($238 per night per couple). For single occupancy the rate will be $163 per person. Children 16 years and older are considered adults for pricing. Children 2-15 years sharing a room with adults are charged at $63 per child per night.
An annual Club Med membership fee of $60 per adult and $30 per child is required. Typical rooms can accommodate up to 4 people. Special arrangements with increased fees will have to be made for families of 5 or more. This group package will include a meeting room, a one hour cocktail reception, complimentary Wi-Fi, and two coffee breaks.
Payment in full will be required before July 15th. If you cancel after paying, Club Med will keep the entire payment amount.The payment fee includes travel insurance for up to $1000 for documented medical reasons.
We need to pay for 10 rooms by July 15th to obtain this group package. Until we sign a contract the rooms can not be guaranteed. After July 15th the club will be entering into a contractual agreement with Club Med and will be guaranteeing our level of participation. Therefore, please only register and pay if your schedule is firm.
For this event your payments are going directly to Florida Tesla Enthusiasts, and our club will be paying Club Med as a group. The fees being charged to our members are at cost, there is no markup for profit. This event is posted to our club website. Invitations to the entire membership will be sent out in a day or so.
