Following the presentation by Tesla executive Javier Verdura at the Royal Pacitic conference center, join Florida Tesla Enthusiasts for a Weekend Getaway to experience the allure of the South Seas at Loews Royal Pacific Resort at Universal Orlando®.
We have obtained group rates at this luxury tropical paradise located right on the Universal Orlando grounds. The rates for the Royal Pacific are $309/night based on single/double occupancy plus 12.5% for taxes & fees.
In addition, walking distance away from the Royal Pacific, we have obtained group rates at the Sapphire Falls Resort also on the Universal Orlando grounds. The rates for Sapphire Falls are $179/night based on single/double occupancy plus 12.5% for taxes & fees.

For either resort you may stay just Friday evening or extend your stay by adding days immediately before or after 7/21/ and 7/24. Any nights pre and post 7/21 and 7/24 would be offered to members at the special rate based on availability at the time of request.
Universal Orlando guarantees to reserve rooms at these special rates until June 21st. Individuals can still request rooms for the group block after June 21st, however the rate and availability will not be guaranteed. After June 21st, the online booking link will not be available and individuals will need to call Universal's Group Reservation line to check for rates and availability.
Cancellation Policy: Individuals can cancel up to 5 days prior to arrival to receive the one night deposit refunded.
Early Departures: At check in, each guest will have the opportunity to reconfirm his/her departure date. Any guest departing prior to that date will be assessed a charge of 50% of the rate for each night that the guest is departing early. This charge will be posted to the guest’s individual account.
Parking: Normally self parking at the hotel is $22/night, but it will be waived for our group package. Normally valet parking at the hotel is $29/night, but it will be reduced to $19/night plus 6.5% sales tax.
The valet operations at the hotels are separate from the valet operations at CityWalk where the Tesla Wall Connectors are located.
Electric Vehicle Charging
The Turkey Lake Supercharger Station is located about 7 miles from the hotel.
In addition, Universal has two Tesla Wall Connectors that are managed by valet operations on a first come, first served basis. They are located near the entrance to CityWalk® about a mile from the hotel. Their location is programmed into your Tesla navigation system. The charging is free, but there are fees for valet service. Universal is offering us a 50% discount on those fees. The valet opens at 8:00 am and closes at 2:00 am. Vehicles cannot be left overnight at the CityWalk® valet location.
