I scheduled it for tonight (charging today). So, at this point only curious what others may be seeing? Is this finally the AWD 'Traction Control-Off' update? Any further AP adjustments?

I updated 2.28.19 this morning; just shows "Summon Updates".

Basically, the release notes says the same as the last three updates!

That's normal. When Tesla rolls out little bug fixes, they don't update the release notes at all. Those continue to list whatever was new for the last "major" release. Rather misleading and a little annoying, but that's how it is.
