I installed the software update but nothing is updated. Am I doing something wrong?
Got the software update message showing on my car when I park it at my company (no wifi connection), I selected the install option and it started the countdown, everything seemed normal. 2 hours later (the update said it would take 1 hour 40 minutes), I came back to the car and found the center console has freezed. Then I restarted the screen. After the reboot, it displayed this message "Update completed, checking status". After waiting a few minutes, I close the message box to check the firmware version, it was still on 2.7.77.
What's wrong? Should I have waited for the "checking status" message box to close instead of pressing the "Close" button?
