Update fails while moving from 2018.16 to 2018.16.x

    • I got an update notification 3 days ago to go from 2018.16 to 2018.16.x, don't know which number exactly yet.
    • The update failed with the dash message " Software update required: Contact Tesla Service".
    • Called Tesla service, they re-pushed an update to my car today, it failed again with the same message.
    • The Tesla reps say coming in to the service center is unnecessary and that they'll debug the issue remotely.
    1. Has anyone experienced this issue before?
    2. How long does it take to upgrade the software at the SC?

    i had this issue before, ended up bringing the car into service center to get rid of it, although i did have other items that needed to be taken care of as well
