- I got an update notification 3 days ago to go from 2018.16 to 2018.16.x, don't know which number exactly yet.
- The update failed with the dash message " Software update required: Contact Tesla Service".
- Called Tesla service, they re-pushed an update to my car today, it failed again with the same message.
- The Tesla reps say coming in to the service center is unnecessary and that they'll debug the issue remotely.
- Has anyone experienced this issue before?
- How long does it take to upgrade the software at the SC?
