Confirmed Passama was in port yesterday, and then got a call from the Tesla dealership today. I get delivery early next week (Auckland).

I really envy you, I also booked on January 23, but there is no news so far

Roughly 23rd Jan. The estimate at the time was 8-12 weeks so this would come in under that, at about 7 weeks.

Does anyone know if specs published on carjam are correct? I am waiting for my RWD M3 delivery (aka Standard Range). According to carjam, the car is coming with a 239kW engine. I thought the engine was downsized to about 208kW?

any water leaks around your boot or frunk

no leak... as I was talking about - when getting in/out of car rain directly falls on floor due to car's aerodynamic shape.... when I only had original carpet, it started smelling thanks to water ion carpet - before I got around to add all-weather mats.

I only had free house wash with little bit of flooding in backyard stream...
Personally, I would avoid receiving washed Tesla as new car, it makes it way too easy to spot those scratches or exterior issues... nice to have dirty one, so one is excited till first wash, or till after car wrap..

i ordered a red SR+ with white interior in Feb 2022 here in wellington. i think i might not get my car this year, i heard Shanghai had to close their gigafactory due to covid issues a few days ago, i believe they produce cars for Australia and NZ market?

No, you should get it this year. I recently looked at the lead times according to the website in different markets, its not as bad as I thought, lots of market are saying August for M3 RWD delivery.
