Any update on status yet? We are going out of town this weekend, and I don't want to miss out on this batch.

Thanks

Ditto...I believe I'm on the email list, but haven't received anything. Have emails gone out?

We heard back from our shipping company and they have advised us that due to port congestion (Port of Los Angeles) there is a delay. We sincerely apologize for the delay but we are hopeful this won't last long. In the spirit of transparency and honesty, they haven't given us an updated estimate delivery so we can't give an estimate at this time, however we don't anticipate this to be a lengthy delay, we have also included the tracking info we see from our end. The moment we know of any movement, all of you will be the first to hear about it.
Although some things are out of our control, we hope that you can understand these circumstances. The last thing we want is to lose credibility due to these delays. What we can promise you is transparency and honesty. We are just as excited as you to get these available ASAP.
We will update both this thread and email notifications will be sent out once they are available.

So for those who have not signed up... what's the status for future purchases? I know you're in start-up mode - but if you're not on the list is there even a future expected date? Looks like a clean product. But it's "not available" vs backorder. Thank you.

It's actually very straightforward as we wanted to provide the most streamlined and seamless experience for our customers. The only difference between being on the list and not, is those who were able to get on the list will get a promo code for signing up. The mats will be available to everyone at the same time, regardless if they are on the list or not. Hope this helps!

Any updates?
Thanks everyone for your continued patience, no update from the port of Los Angeles unfortunately. However, one bit of good news is our second shipment headed for the east coast Amazon warehouses have landed in the New York port. As soon as either shipments arrive at any of the warehouses they are then available to all Amazon customers. Hoping these port congestion & delays ease up soon.

We are all left in the dark once inventory hits Port of LA. Our ship containing inventory landed on September 23rd and was slated to be devanned and sent through customs over a week ago. We have yet to receive any information since a week ago. Based on our last inventory drop which was in July (which was slightly more busy than it is now) it took us almost 4 weeks for our inventory to be released to us. Not sure how long LDCRS has been waiting for in the Port of LA but we have been waiting for almost three weeks and we are expecting to have our inventory released to us within a week. This is much faster than most people who are waiting for their stuff to come from the Port of LA because we are using a shipping agent. With out using an agent this process can easily take months.

Will do! We are in constant communication with our shipping company and following up pretty much everyday in an effort to get the ball rolling on these as they haven't had movement yet, other than customs inspection. We've been told the constraints have been more so with the spike in volume from companies stocking up for the holidays in addition to a shortage in the supply chain workforce (port and drivers). As always we appreciate the continued patience and you all will be the first to know!

Regards,

Great news! We have some movement on our shipments! We have been advised that it should be delivered to Amazon by this week. Cautiously optimistic.. we will estimate we will be in stock and available for purchase by next week! The moment this happens, we will send out the email notifications and promo codes to all that have signed up. Looking forward to sending those out SOON!
