Update Issue?

I finally got my m3p back and took it home, charged up, and installed the updated software overnight. Fast forward this evening, I go to international marketplace and park in the free ev charging stalls, go have dinner come back and it didn't charge! In fact it just discharged. I look at the ampres and it's set on 5amps!? Eh? So, either Tesla set it low or it was the software update... Or a ghost, cause I sure didn't drop it so low... Check it, I'm curious..

I saw the charging screen show, but didn't see it say, "charging ". So, assumed it was. I always have sentry on except for home and work and never had issues. I'm curious how it was set to 5 amps and why. Maybe the body shop plugged it into a 110 outlet or something at one time when there.
