Updated owners manual

Just noticed that the owners manual link in my Tesla account has been updated to 2019.36 and has new content about latest software features. It’s still a USA/CAN version but up to date

Happens routinely. Keeps a current version available to us when it changes. Lots cheaper than a printed version in the glove box. And keeps it current.
