Picked up my Black on Black 19" today. VIN 12XXX, Mfg 6/20

Only Charge Port Door not flush with body. Have made a service appt for July, that is earliest available.

NO other issues found. You will fall in love with this baby.

I have never been so nervous picking up anything - reading up on forums about quality issues did keep me awake.

BUT nothing of that sort happened.

I have plasti dipped all the logos and Dual motor..

Here you go. Delivery process was easy. One small scratch on the hood and and couple scuff marks in the interior. Other than that the car was perfect.

I'm supposed to pick up mine at the factory on Monday. My account shows an appointment at 2am as a placeholder... TA couldn't help, so I called the delivery center, and they said I'll receive an email anytime between 9am and 5pm (!) on Monday letting me know that the car is ready... Also said that everything was a bit up in the air right now, and it might change to home delivery... They're trying to squeeze as many deliveries as they can, clearly.

Beautiful! Congrats. What range was your vin in if you dont mind me asking. Panel gaps look very good.

Crazy that you're just getting yours from a 6/19 order and people ordering this past week are getting same day delivery emails.

Haha! Tell me about it... To be fair, a lot of the hold up stemmed from Tesla not producing black/black until fairly recently, and then shipping everything out of the Bay Area... If you look at the Google spreadsheet, the first delivery of a car with my specs was less than 2 weeks ago...

But happy to finally be able to pick up!!!

I had a day 1 order and had a VIN in source, but as of yesterday it was pulled from my account. No contact from Tesla at all. Pretty bummed but maybe it’s for the best. It was a 12xxx VIN.
