Upgrade from HW2.5 to HW3.0

I have a 2020 Model3 with HW2.5 and do not have FSD. Will this work with the new EAP? How about the FSD monthly subscription? If not, Anyone know how much the cost to upgrade? Thanks!

I have a 2018 Model 3 with EAP. It has HW2.5 - no problem. HW-3.0 is needed for FSD.

How do you have a 2020 with HW2.5? Tesla changed over to HW3 in early/mid 2019.
