Upgrade refund experience anybody?

Hello,

just like many people, I am thinking about getting the “limited time” EAP upgrade for 4K.

I am pretty happy with basic autopilot but have always wanted NoA and other gimmicks.

I know Tesla says autopilot upgrade is available for purchase made in 48 hours.
I want to kind of use this window as 48 hour trial period and see if I actually like it.

So I was wondering if anybody has experience in purchasing autopilot upgrade like FSD and going’s through the refund process.

how does it work? How do you request it? How long did it take to get money back?

refund is almost instantaneous?

I know actual upgrade is pretty quick but was wondering how the process works if I decide I want a refund within that 48 hour window

The refund is quick. I want to say it posted back to my credit card within minutes but I don’t remember anymore bc it was so hassle free.

I think i might just pull trigger to see if I like it. I guess I can return it if I don’t like it.

did you do the refund request through the app or do you have to call them?
