It took 2 full days (!) for Tesla SC to make it, based on the chat with the serviceman - the car is one of the first upgraded in the country, the demand is quite low because of the majority of cars are on the lease and people do not want to invest.
So it used to be an MCU1/HW2.5 car, now MCU2/HW3.
