Uploading Video File To Tesla Service via iPhone App

Does anyone know how to upload a video clip to Tesla service using the iPhone app. Service sent me a request for a video clip of the problem I am having via messaging in the app. After spending 2 hours recording and editing the video and ensuring it is well below the 50 mb limit I find the app does not appear to reccgnise video when adding Photos to a message. When I Select Photo Libary to Add it shows only Photos on the IPhone. No videos what am I missing?

I had to submit a video file the other day. The person messaging me through the app emailed me and I was able to upload the video through email. The limit was 25mb per email sent.

The app won't let you upload a video. I had to give them a link to the a Google folder. Then later removed the file and access/permission.

Also you can upload to YouTube and send the link via app.

Thanks all, for responses. I ended up emailing the clips to service, apparently service has no idea that you cannot upload videos thru the app, go figure.

Why not share it on a cloud service (e.g. Dropbox), then email them the link?
