Urban Chargers at Supercharger Locations?

I was charging at the Kingsland, GA supercharger for the first time in about a year. Tesla has installed 3 Urban Chargers to go along with the 6 superchargers already there. Do other locations have this setup? Is this a quick and easy way for Tesla to expand their charging network?

The ones on a moveable pallet? While there are 3 charging posts on it, those pallets are only ever wired up so that 2 are energized. The third one just allows them to use the same pallet in various parking lot geometries to still have 2 posts accessible. Tesla often puts these in places where they are working toward an eventual expansion of the hardwired site.

Yes, it was on a moveable pallet. The charger on the right side is not accessible (wrong side for Tesla cars), but the other two are. The station is the last one just before you enter Florida and it's right off of I-95 so it can get fairly busy. It makes sense that Tesla would earmark it for expansion.
