Tesla needs to sell less than 16,199 US vehicles in the next 2 months to remain under the 200,000 Federal credit limit.
This appears to be highly unlikely given the current sales rate ramp in 2018 (even considering the Canada sales push)

I foresee stalling of deliveries in the US after June 15 and shipments in large volume to China starting in June. No way that Tesla would come this close and deliver the 200,000th car in the second half of June.
Would expect delivery blitz on July 1-4 in the US with fireworks and all

That means they can only deliver less than 1800/week to the US the rest of this quarter. It's going to be close.

Yar, plus fear of reduced credit should drive earlier orders for some people.

How many loaner, demo and showroom cars will they make? That could be 1,000+ vehicles that they produce and don't count. It's kind of weird that the S/X/3 are still showing June deliveries.

Considering GM sells only about 2K or so Bolts a month their incentive is going to be going an awful long time after Tesla incentives have dried up.

Unless GM's Bolt and Volt sales drop significantly (-35% or more) this year vs last year's May-Dec sales, they'll hit 200k in Q4. In which case they'd only be 1-2 quarters behind Tesla.

Tesla does seem to be sending out a lot of Canadian VINs now... I think they are already trying to work towards staying under the 200K limit until July. I'm glad to see that,

While no guarantee, they do seem to be making WA a priority to get as many in before month end so don't give up hope just yet - you still have 27 days left in the month.

Yes, they were, but I think they are giving Washington VIN assignment a break for a while--maybe to see if the facilities can even deliver all of them? (pure speculation). There hasn't been a single community-reported WA VIN since May 2nd.

Yep, got my VIN on 5/7 and later in the day scheduled delivery for 5/23 (was told that was the first available date).
