If I was in the market right now, I think I'd have my inventory car all picked out and be ready to push the button. Then when the price increase and changes come (IF the price increase and/or changes come) I'd decide if I wanted them, or if the price increase didn't mean something better I'd pull the trigger on inventory at the "old" price.
