Tesla Motors Club

I’m looking for all the states that have statutes that require condo boards to allow you to install an outlet or charging station at your parking spot and at your own expense.

So far I have California, Hawaii, Oregon, and Colorado. I thought Washington state had this, but I couldn’t find any reference to it. If you know of any other states, please let me know. Links are optional, but appreciated.
