Personally I just bring a battery bank with me (or solar generator) to run everything so I don't disrupt or overuse the 12V battery built into the car, it's just not designed for what I want to do: run an inverter, power a cooler, charge a laptop, etc for extended periods. I think you'd be better with your own separate battery bank, plus you can take it with you and it's much more convenient.

This discussion is very much a use case sort of thing. Mine is related to my annoying habit of letting my phone die and then not being able to drive the car. I'm happy to say that the front console is fast enough to bring my Pixel back to life in just a minute or two.

For actually charging devices, I'm quite pleased with my 12v - USB-C adapter. I think it maxes out at 18 watts, which maxes my phone. New adapters support higher power ratings
