Should I have received a couple of cables for USB charging with my car? I thought two cables were included (iPhone and non-iPhone), but I opened up the front of center console area and nothing is connected.
For small things like this, should I use the general customer support email address, or contact somebody at the delivery center?
Never mind. I found them in a plastic bag in another console storage area. I don’t remember the delivery advisor pointing them out.
That's a little annoying. You've probably installed the cords by now, but if you haven't, it's helpful to watch a quick video on how to remove the bottom cover of the phone dock. It's not intuitive that it slides off. The first time I removed it, I nearly cracked it from applying too much force.
