Hi Everyone,
I had MY in fir service with nothing computer related. Got the car back a couple days later and I noticed dashcam icon was gone. The settings were grayed out. I did all of the following and cannot fix.
1. Reformatted drive on computer
2. Soft reset with steering buttons
3. Turned off car in settings and let sit for 2 minutes.
The drive is getting power but the port does not recognize there’s a drive. I also plugged in Bluetooth dongle for remote control for Tesla buggy that worked just fine and now it doesn’t.
Any suggestions as it seems the port gives power but no data.
