Do any of the USB C's , USB A's or Cigarette Lighter Connections turn off when the car powered down?

It varies depending on firmware updates. Originally, they were off but there were lots of complaints that we need constant 12V for accessories like a dashcam. Years later that complaint was accommodated with subsequent firmware updates. Lately, they should be on if your sentry mode is on.

But Tesla can be change it with a firmware update.

I know this is an older post, but it seems that with the latest update, the usb shuts off when the car is off. I used to be able to charge my vape pen overnight but now it doesn’t since the update.
