Hay All,

So I took delivery of my Tesla in November 2019 and purchased a Sandisk high endurance 128 GB
https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B07NY23WBG/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_b7-uEbXQ43G04

And an adaptor Sandisk SDDR-B531-GN6NN

last week it stopped recording and after trying it in laptop the adaptor had blown. So I’ve purchased a new adaptor
SanDisk SDDRK-121-B35 MobileMate

Now I’m getting the message the USB is too slow? I did purchase one of the best SD cards I could find so not sure what’s wrong.

cheers
Shaun

FWIW I had issues with the too slow error and ending up with a Pure Tesla drive. Working flawlessly ever since.

Far as I can tell all those guys do is resell/rebrand someone elses storage device, format it for you, and then more than double the price for doing it....

TeslaCam SSD Extreme - Pure Tesla
500GB Gigastone USB SSD they format for you- $114.

Gigastone 500GB Portable SSD, USB 3.1 Gen1 5Gbps USB C Type C, High Speed External Solid State Drive USB Flash Storage for PC Mac Windows Linux PS4 Xbox one and Smart TV

Exact same 500GB Gigastone USB SSD you have to spend 5 minutes formatting yourself for $47.25
