Used 2016 Model X P90DL Order Process

Hi! I'm new here - just ordered a 2016 Model X P90DL to replace my 2015 Model S P90D. Ordered about a week and a half ago, delivery date should be next Friday, shipping from CA -> East Coast.

One problem - currently about half of all of the P90DL's online now offer free supercharging (it seems random). Last week they didn't offer any type of free supercharging on them.

I've emailed my sales advisor and they don't seem to want to budge. Has anyone dealt with this type of situation before? Maybe with FSD or something else that the prices changed in between order -> delivery?

Same boat here. Ordered a P100DL last week and it had FUSC but it was also in an accident. Felt uneasy about the accident history post ordering so ordered a P90DL last night and that one didn’t have FUSC.

Oddly, the ones I’ve noticed with FUSC are the ones with accident history.

I don't think that's the case in my area - there are two with FUSC with Clean History...I wonder what it is. Have you tried emailing your salesperson to get FUSC added to your order?

As far as I was able to tell when I got mine, there is absolutely no way to get a salesperson to do much of anything besides send you a carfax report, and tell you "No we don do ____________" when you ask for anything.

Tesla will not do anything.

If you want FUSC you need to refuse delivery and search for another vehicle.
