Used 2021 MYLR delivery...hopefully not a mistake

My wife and I just took delivery of a 2021 MYLR (from telsa website not third party dealer). We were a few hours early for our appt and the SA was super nice to unlock it and let us look it over. It only had 9k miles so it was pretty much in perfect condition. One thing we noticed was that 3 of the rear parking sensors were grey and 3 were black. My first thought was that it was damaged and replaced with black one. Now that the thought of accident was triggered I started looking around more for any indication of repair and I could not find anything. Paint matching, panel gaps and even looked in the hitch cover are and saw nothing out of the norm.

To be noted on Tesla website it was listed as no prior damage repair and had a clean carfax. Im aware any damage repair not reported to insurance wont show up.

We pointed that out to the SA and he said that was odd, noted our account and said they would replace them at a service appt no problem. After that we signed out 4 papers and headed on our way 125 miles home. We made it home and as we pulled into the garage a notice popped up saying parking assist not available. It showed nothing in front of the car even though a wall was 1 foot away. I put the car in reverse and then the front parking sensors turned on??? Put it back in drive and they turned off. Once we got it hooked up to wifi and plugged in it said it needed to update software. I thought that was weird the dealer didnt have it on current software at delivery. We have a service appt in 2 weeks and I will report back then. Until then anyone have any thoughts or suggestions?

Why do I have mismatched rear parking sensors?

Why do my front parking sensors only work when the car is in reverse?

Im guessing Tesla does their own inspection before listing for sale so why was the software not current?

We really like the car, the dealer staff but we are feeling pretty bummed right now.
